Help me choose my client's property type
If you can't see your client's property type listed, select the option closest to it. For example, if your client owns the ground floor of a Victorian terraced property, select ‘Ground floor flat’.
Providing the type of property your client owns allows heat loss calculation of their property through the walls, floors and roofs.
Help me choose my client's property's age
The age of your client's property helps identify the construction methods and building materials used.
You can find the year that their property was built on their Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) report, if they have one.
If they live in England or Wales you can find their EPC here.
If they live in Scotland you can find their EPC here.
If they don't have an EPC, you could find the details on their property deeds.
If they own their property, their survey or property report may tell you the age of the building.
Help me choose how many bedrooms my client's property has
Please include all rooms in their property which were originally meant to be used as bedrooms but may be used for other purposes, such as an office or playroom.
